Biographic Data

John A Simonetti is a native Rhode Islander and has been practicing residential real estate since 2008 and has GREEN, and SRES certification with the National Association of Realtors. John is also a member of the ABBOTT Properties LLC Commercial Real Estate team. He specializes in helping people through the most equitable transactions, and takes pride in providing all of his clients with excellent customer service. John is also a registered Architect in RI, MA, and CT and runs his own Architecture firm, John A Simonetti Architect LLC. He has been practicing Architecture since 1992 and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified with the United States Green Building Council as a LEED Green Associate. John also obtained a Masters and Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. He also runs two non-profits that he founded teaching underprivileged children Architecture and Mural Painting. John is also an avid photographer, artist, and philanthropist. John is licensed in Rhode Island.
