Joe has been a real estate professional since the 1980s and a broker associate with Abbott for over 25 years. Joe services the commercial real estate market, working with individuals, companies and businesses for both their sales and leasing needs. His local knowledge of the Rhode Island commercial market makes him one of the “go to” people for commercial real estate, particularly in Kent County, where he receives frequent referrals from satisfied past clients. Joe also works with select residential clients.
Joe has received the coveted “CoStar Power Broker Award” for his top producer volume in commercial, retail, office and industrial sales and leasing in 2012, 2014, and again from 2015-17. He has a head for business and is a former manager and principal of an investment firm in Providence.
Joe speaks fluent French and has a working knowledge of Spanish, his current personal work in progress. When not working in real estate, Joe enjoys world travel, and has visited Canada, Asia, Europe, and South America and loves to chat about his travel adventures. Joe is the proud father of four children.
